Individual Differences provides assessment, psychological therapy and consultation to individual adults and older adults.
We see clients who have had recent experiences of loss, trauma or unexpected upheaval in their lives and are currently adjusting to the changes involved.
At times past difficulties can return to the fore and need to be addressed in the present.
We also see clients who have gradually become aware of ongoing patterns in their lives that they would like to understand and change.
Commonly we see clients who struggle with mood, motivation, anxiety, trauma, loss, compulsive behaviours, unhealthy coping, low self-regard and relationship difficulties.

What to expect from your individual consultation?
Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are conducted in our consulting rooms in Woodend. See details on the CONTACT US page.
It is not possible to predict the optimal number of sessions an individual would need without an in-depth assessment. The clinical recommendation for most types of psychological therapy is to start with weekly sessions and reduce the frequency as progress is made.
All payments and rebates are processed by Eftpos at the end of each session.
Individual Differences does not provide after hours or emergency services.
